Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BD SOFT Global LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality IT services, including web development, digital marketing, SEO, and hosting solutions. We value our relationship with our clients and strive to ensure your satisfaction.

However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted.

1. Web Design & Development / Software Development

Due to the nature of custom design and development work, refunds are processed based on the stage of the project:

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

  • Work in Progress: If you choose to cancel after the project has started but is not yet complete, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point (based on hourly rates or project milestones). The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed, delivered, and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We offer a revision period (as specified in your contract) to address any concerns regarding the delivered work.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Digital Marketing and SEO are ongoing services that require time and resources to execute.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Services are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-month. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Performance: SEO and Marketing results depend on search engine algorithms and market trends; therefore, we cannot offer refunds based on specific ranking or traffic guarantees, though we commit to performing the agreed-upon work efficiently.

3. Domain Names & Hosting

  • Domain Names: Once a domain name is registered or renewed on your behalf, it is non-refundable. Domain registrars do not permit returns.

  • Hosting Services: [Option A: If you offer a trial] We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a refund.

  • Server Setup Fees: Setup fees for dedicated servers or VPS are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Licenses & Expenses

Any payments made for third-party software, plugins, themes, stock images, or advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads spend) are non-refundable once purchased or spent.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our billing department with your project details and reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
